Section 119. Custody and deposit of Zila Nidhi

119. Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Zila Nidhi, in reference to the Zila Panchayat, shall be deposited in such Treasury or sub-treasury or in such Nationalized Banks, Local Banks, Cooperative Banks and post office after opening account therein decided by as State Government.
