Section 148. Penalty for contravention of any order regarding requisition THE UTTARAKHAND PANCHAYATI RAJ ACT, 2016

148. Whoever contravenes any order made under variour sections of this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two year or with fine or with both.
