Section 186. Facility of inspection of minute books and tax assessment lists

186. The minute books of the Gram Panchayat, Kshettra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat and the assessment lists of the Zila Panchayat shall be open for free of charge inspection by any tax payer under conditions to be prescribed by bye-laws in this behalf.
