Section 20. External control of Gram Panchayat

20. The prescribed authority for Gram Panchayat shall be Zila Panchayat Raj Adhikari. The powers, duties, acts, external control etc. of the prescribed authority shall be such as may be prescribed from time to time by the State Government.
