Section 35. Committees of the Gram panchayat

35. Every Gram Panchayat shall constitute such committee or committees as may be notified by the State Government from time to time, to assist the Gram Panchayat in the performance of all or any of its functions within 90 days from the date of constitution of the Gram Panchayat under this Act. The Gram Panchayat may delegate their such powers and functions as it deem fit for the performance of functions of the Gram Panchayat, its committees and such sub committees and their Chairman, Members, quorum and other provisions shall be such as may be prescribed.
