Section 38. Dispute between Gram Panchayat and Nagar Panchayat

38. If any dispute arises as to the jurisdiction of a Gram Panchayat or between two or more Gram Panchayats or between a Nagar Panchayat,1{Nagar Palika Parishad, Nagar Nigam, Cantonment Board, Notified Area or Town Area} it shall be referred to the prescribed authority whose decision shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court of law.
