Section 51. Constitution and reconstitution of a Kshettra Panchayat

51. The State Government shall arrange the constitution or the reconstitution of the present area of Kshettra Panchayat in every districts if any, thereof before the expiry of its term or when otherwise required for the purposes of this Act.
