Section 70. Performance of powers by the Kshettra Panchayat

70. Such powers, duties and functions of the Kshettra Panchayat which shall be exercised only by Kshettra Panchayat under the provisions of this Act, such powers and functions may be delegate by the resolution to any Pramukh or committee by the Kshettra Panchayat.
