THE UTTARAKHAND PANCHAYATI RAJ ACT, 2016

75. (1) There shall be an Executive Officer of every Kshettra panchayat, subject to the Kshettra panchayat, the Block Development Officer, shall discharge the duties of Secretary of the Kshettra panchayat or as may be prescribed by the State Government. (2) The State Government by the general or special orders according the necessity for the every Kshettra panchayat may appoint such other officers and employees as to duties performed under this Act and the services of all officers and employees shall be deemed assigned on such conditions as may be prescribed by the State Government. (3) Subject to this Act the qualifications, pay-scales, number and conditions of service of officers and servants to be employed with Kshettra Panchayat to enable it to carry out functions of Kshettra panchayat shall be such as the State Government may specify.
