Section 92. Election of Chairman, Vice Chairman 2{***} of Zila Panchayat

92. (1) In every Zila Panchayat a Chairman and a Vice Chairman shall be elected by the elected members of the Zila Panchayat from amongst themselves. (2) The election of Chairman and Vice chairman may be held notwithstanding any vacancy in the office of the elected members of the Zila Panchayat.
