Uttarakhand Patanjali University Act

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 5; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

6. [The University may have Constituent Colleges, Regional Centres, Study Centres, Yoga training and Research Centres in the State. The Patanjali University may carry out collaborative research activities with any research Institution and University of the State but shall have no power to admit any other college or institution to the privileges of affiliation, the processor of the Regulation of University Grant Commission (Establishment and maintenance of standard in Private Universities) shall also have to be complied with in relation to the establishment the off campus centres or study centres.]1
