Section 67. Term of office and conditions of service of Chairperson and Members of the State and District Police Complaint Authority

1{} 67- (1) The term of office of a member and the Chairperson shall be three years unless-- (a) he resigns at any time before the expiry of his term; or (b) he is removed from the office on any of the grounds, mentioned under section 68. (2) The Chairperson and the members shall be eligible for reappointment. (3) The remuneration, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the members shall be such, as may be notified by the State Government from time to time.
