Section 88. Power to remove difficulties

88- (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, in the Official Gazette, make such provisions, within three years from the commencement of this Act, which are not inconsistent with this Act, as it deems necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty. (2) Every order, issued under the section, shall, as soon as may be, be laid before the State Legislature.
