Section 1. Short title and commencement The Uttarakhand Public Services (Horizontal Reservation for Women) Act, 2022

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Public Services (Horizontal Reservation for Women) Act, 2022.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th July, 2001.
