Section 1. Short title and commencement The Uttarakhand Public Services (Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections) Act

1. (1) This Act may be called ‘The Uttarakhand Public Services (Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections) Act, 2019.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
