QUANTUM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2016

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 16; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

13 (1) The Chancellor may be appointed from amongst / or by the members of the Promoting Trust. (2) The chancellor shall have such powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or Statutes made there under. (3) The Chancellor shall have the following powers namely :- (a) To call for any information or record. (b) To appoint the Vice-Chancellor (c) To remove the Vice-Chancellor (d) Such other powers as may be prescribed by the statues.
