Section 5. State not under any statutory Obligation to grant Financial Assistance to the University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 16; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5 The University shall be self financing and shall neither make a demand neither shall be entitled to any grant-in-aid or any other financial assistance from the State Government or any other body or corporation owned or controlled by the State Government.
