This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
16 Principal or Head of Institution shall be appointed in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed. They will be responsible for maintaining the discipline in the University and the overall achievements of the objects of the Institution/College.
