Section 27. Board of Faculty and other authorities of the University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
27 The constitution, powers and functions of the Boards of faculties the Admission Committee, the Examination Committee and of such other authorities of University which may be declared by the statues to be the authorities of the University, shall be such as may be prescribed.
