Section 3. Establishment of University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3 (1) There shall be established at Dehradun in Uttrakhand, a University by the Trust, in the name of Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University, Uttrakhand. (2) The University shall be a Body Corporate.
