This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 14; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

39 A copy of any receipt, application, notice, proceeding, resolution of any authority or Committee of the University or other documents in possession of the University, if certified by the Registrar, shall be received as prima-facie evidence of such receipt, application, notice, order, proceeding or resolution, documents or the existence of entry in the register and shall be admitted as evidence of the matters and transaction therein where the original, if produced have been admissible in evidence.
