This Act was repealed on 21 September 2001 by the Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Central Act 16 of 2002), s.7(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13- The Registrar shall be a whole-time officer of the University and shall act as Secretary of the [Senate, the Syndicate, the Finance Committee and the Academic Council and shall be appointed in the manner prescribed by rules.]3 He shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the rules or regulations.
