This Act was repealed on 21 September 2001 by the Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Central Act 16 of 2002), s.7(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15- The following shall be authorities of the University :-- (1) The Senate; (2) The Syndicate; [(2-a) The Academic Council; (2-b) The Finance Committee;]1 (3) Such other authorities as may be declared by the regulations to be the authorities of the University.
