This Act was repealed on 21 September 2001 by the Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Central Act 16 of 2002), s.7(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
25- The annual report of the university shall be prepared under the direction of the Syndicate and shall be submitted to the Senate on or before such date as may be prescribed by the rules and shall be considered by the Senate and passed with or without amendments as it thinks fit at its annual meeting. The Syndicate shall thereafter submit the annual report as passed by the Senate to the [State Government]1 with its views, if any, for any action which the [State Government]1 may think fit.
