This Act was repealed on 21 September 2001 by the Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Central Act 16 of 2002), s.7(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
32- No act or proceeding of the [Senate, the Syndicate, the Finance Committee or the Academic Council]1 shall be invalidated merely by reason of the existence of any vacancy among its members.
