Section 25. Officers and Staff of the Board and its Committee to be public servant Uttarakhand sanskrit education act

25. Officers and Staff of the Board or its committee shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
