Section 49. Protection for acts done in good faith

49. No, suit prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Board or any of its Committee or any other person or any person authorized by the State Government, the Board or any of its Committees in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
