This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 18; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1 (1) This Act may be called the “Sardar Bhagwan Singh University” Act 2016. (2) It shall be come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
