Section 22. Authorities of the University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 18; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22. The following shall be the authorities of the University:- (a) Court (b) Executive Council (c) Academic Council (d) Finance Committee (e) Planning Board (f) Board of Faculties (g) Admissions Committee (h) Examination Committee (i) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
