Section 3. Establishment of University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 18; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3 (1) There shall be established in Dehradun in Uttarakhand ,a University by the society ,in the name of Sardar Bhagwan Singh University, Uttarakhand. (2) The University shall be a corporate body.
