This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 18; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
31. (1) The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of Executive Council and shall be submitted to the Court on or after such date as may be prescribed and the Court shall consider the report in its annual meeting. (2) The Court shall submit the annual report to the Chancellor along with its comments, if any.
