Section 52. Powers of the State Government to issue directions on policy

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 18; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
52. The State Government may issue such directions from time to time to the University on policy matters not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as it may deem necessary. Such directions shall be complied with by the University.
