6. The departments shall prepare Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan/ Tribal Sub-Plan to promote equity in the development among various social groups within Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and focused development of Backward Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe habitations.
