Section 29. Minutes of general meetings

29. (1) Every co-operative shall maintain, in the language specified by the articles of association, in the minutes book, minutes of all proceeding of every general meeting and the chief executive shall send the copy of the minutes within fifteen days of the conclusion of every such meeting to all members. (2) The minutes so recorded shall be signed by the person who chaired the said meeting, or the event of his/her incapacity to sign the minutes within the time required, by a Director duly authorized by the Board.
