This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 15; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Shri Guru Ram Rai University Act, 2016. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
