Section 35. Right to Appeal

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 15; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
35. Every employee or student of the University or of a Constituent College, Regional Centre, Study Centre etc. shall notwithstanding anything contained in this Act have a right to appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Board of Management against the decision of any officer of authority of the University or of the Principal\Dean of any such college, and thereupon the Board of Management may confirm, modify or change the decision appealed against.
