SHRI GURU RAM RAI UNIVERSITY ACT, 2016

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 15; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

46. (1) The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Board of Management and shall be submitted to the Board of Governors for its approval. (2) The Board of Governor shall consider the annual report in its meeting and may approve the same with or without modification. (3) A copy of the annual report duly approved by the Board of Governors shall be sent to the Visitor and the State Government before 31st December following closing of the financial year on 31st March each year.
