Section 49. The Right to Appeal

49. Every employee or student of the University or of a constituent college or affiliated college, shall, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, have a Right to Appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Executive Council against the decision of any Authority of the University or of the Principal of any such constituent college or an affiliated college, as the case may be, and thereupon the Executive Council may confirm, modify or change the decision appealed against.
