Section 52. Repeal of the Uttarakhand Residential University Act, 2016

52. (1) The Uttarakhand Residential University Act, 2016 (Act No. 20 of 2016) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
