Section 43. Returns and inspections

43. (1) The Authority shall furnish to the State Government such reports, returns and other, information as that Government may, from time to time require. (2) The State Government may give such directions on such reports, returns and other information, as it thinks fit, and it shaft be the duty of the Authority to carry out such directions.
