Section 7. Jurisdiction of Special Court as to Trial of Offences

7. A Special Court shall have jurisdiction to try any person alleged to have committed the offence in respect of which a declaration has been made under section 5, either as principal, conspirator or abettor and All of them can be jointly tried therewith at one trial in accordance with the Code.
