The swami ram Himalyan act

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 10; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

1. (1) This Act may be called the {Swami Rama Himalayan University}1 Act, 2012. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the date, the Notification is issued by the State Government.
