This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 6 of 2017), s.174(1)(iii); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1- (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2008. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttarakhand. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 09th November, 2000.
