Section 18. Repeal and saving

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 6 of 2017), s.174(1)(iii); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
18- (1) The Uttarakhand (Uttar Pradesh Tax on Entry of Good Act, 2000) Adaptation and Modification Order, 2007, is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken in exercise of the powers under the said Act, be deemed to have been done or taken in the exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act as if this Act were in force at all material times.
