Section 3. Establishment and incorporation of the University
UTTARAKHAND TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY ACT

3. (1) There shall be established at Dehradun a University by the name of [Uttarakhand]1 Technical University. (2) The Chancellor, the Vice-chancellor and the members of the Executive Council and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in the University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the [Uttarakhand]1 Technical University.
