26. Delegation of powers.- Subject to the provisions of this Act, a Jal Sansthan may by general or special order, delegate, either unconditionally or subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order, including the power of review by itself, to any committee appointed by it or to the General Manager or any other officer of the Ja1 Sansthan such of its powers and duties under this Act as it may deem fit, not being its powers and duties under Sections 44 and 50.
