Section 12. Powers of Inspector

12. An Inspector shall, for the purpose of any of the duties which is authorized or required to perform under this Act, he deemed to be a public servant, as defined in the Indian Penal Code, and shall for that purpose have such powers as may be prescribed by the State Government under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 30.
