Section 4. Contents of application

4. Every such application shall include- (a) a description of the undertaking and of the route to be followed by the proposed aerial ropeway; (b) description of the system of construction and management and advantages to the community to be expected from the rope way ; (c) an approximate estimate of the cost of construction thereof; (d) a statement of the estimated working expenses and profits expected; (e) a statement of the maximum and minimum rates proposed to be charged; (f) such maps, plans, sections, and diagrams as the State Government may require in order to form an idea of the proposal.
