Section 43. Appeals to State Government from decision of Board

43. (1) All appeal shall lie to the [State Government]1 from every decision of the Board under this Act, except a decision made by the Board as an appellate authority. (2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred with, in three months of the date of such decision.
