Section 14. Delegation of powers

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Repealing Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 27 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule item 109; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. The State Government may delegate such of its powers under this Act, as it thinks fit, save the power to make rules under section 13, to the Divisional Commissioner or the Director of Agriculture or to a District Officer, in accordance with rules framed under this Act.
